Users can acquire over multiple wavelengths in x, y, and z scanning as well. Most importantly our systems provide excellent reliability. Data is stored in a single DataFile. This single file storage facility simplifies and aids viewing of the data. A number of different modes including best focus, max.projection and moving through z positions is achieved easily and interactively. Powerful editing facilities allows the user to get to the date that matters in seconds. Digital Pixel have developed and manufacture a range of environmental chambers for live cell imaging applications. These systems are typically used in motorised multiple site configurations, and form part of our industry leading multiple site imaging systems. The chamber covers the main body of the microscope, and the motorised XY stage. A CO2 flow system complete with humidifier completes the system. Using our technology customers have been able to acquire data sets over extended time periods over and above 7 days. Typical applications include Stem Cell lineage and differentiation studies, Cancer studies and developmental biology. About half of the systems that we supply are fitted onto existing microscopes as upgrades. We are able to integrate a wide range of cameras and microscope automation into our systems.
